Durham, NC – Page/Miami submarket

Davis Park East

A combination of multi-tenant and single-tenant uses are oriented around large pedestrian activity zones with inter-connectivity to significant multi-family projects. Tenants will include notable restaurants, retailers and medical providers. The property is positioned at the hard corner of Hopson Road and Faulkner Street, allowing tenants to capture the surrounding residential population as well as the Research Triangle Park ("RTP"), a nationally renowned hub for technologically oriented corporate campuses.

A vacant restaurant was razed and the parcel subdivided. Stanchion built a new two-tenant building leased to AFC Urgent Care and T-Mobile. The other subdivided parcel is leased to Valvoline.

Further development activities on out-parcels and excess land is underway.

Northlake Village

Stanchion purchased a dated, +30,000 SF shopping center in 2017, and a value-add strategy was subsequently implemented, including a full façade renovation and horizontal refresh. Regal Cinemas was fully renovated into a state-of-the-art facility. Following the renovation, we developed a 4,000 SF freestanding restaurant (currently leased to Another Broken Egg). Immediate area tenants include Publix, Home Depot, Panera, Chick-Fil-A and a host of other national restaurants and retailers.

Innes Station

Project includes vertical development of an 11,300 SF multi-tenant commercial building anchored by Chipotle Mexican Grill, Stanton Optical and Buffalo Wild Wings. On the opposite corner is a freestanding Valvoline car care center. Development of the asset included a tri-party road construction agreement extending Newsome Road through the site and provided dual hard-corner orientation. Innes Station is positioned as the gateway to the Innes Market power center anchored by Lowe's Home Improvement, Marshall's, PetSmart, Food Lion, and Cinemark.

Cross Hill Shops (Phase I + Phase II)

Project is positioned as outparcels to Cross Hill Market, the only Whole Foods serving the greater Columbia, SC market. Phase I included the acquisition and renovation of a 1940’s barrel roof building which was subdivided into two bays. Current tenants are F45 and Cold Stone Creamery. Phase II is a 5,500 SF new vertical retail/restaurant building with interconnected parking and pedestrian access with Phase I.
